Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the SweepIt mobile application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Description of Service

SweepIt is a photo and video management tool that allows you to organize and delete media from your device. All media processing is performed locally on your device.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• SweepIt PRO: We offer a premium subscription ("PRO") that unlocks unlimited swipes and advanced features.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via your Apple ID account. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. SweepIt does not store your photos on any external servers.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SweepIt and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any representation or warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be bug-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SweepIt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Standard Apple EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of the App is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found here: Apple App Store EULA.
