Welcome to SweepIt. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use the SweepIt mobile application (the "App").

1. Data Collection & Processing

All photo and video matching, organizing, and deletion functionalities within SweepIt are performed entirely locally on your device.

• We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos, videos, or personal media on our servers.
• We require Photo Library permissions exclusively to display, organize, and manage your photos at your explicit direction within the App.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SweepIt offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• We use RevenueCat to manage and validate these subscriptions.
• RevenueCat may collect an anonymous user ID, purchase history, device information, and app usage data related to subscriptions to securely process and validate your in-app purchases. This data does not contain your personal media.
• Payments are processed directly through the Apple App Store, governed by Apple's own privacy policy and terms.

3. Data Retention

Because SweepIt operates almost exclusively locally:

• Your photos and media never leave your device through the App.
• Analytics, if collected, are strictly anonymized and used only for improving app performance and resolving crashes.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services which can collect data as specified by their respective privacy policies:

• RevenueCat: For subscription and purchase management.
• Apple Services: For crash reporting and app analytics (if opted-in via iOS settings).

5. Your Rights

Since your media stays on your device, you have complete control over it. You can revoke SweepIt's access to your Photo Library at any time via your device's System Settings. If you wish to delete your purchase history or account data associated with RevenueCat, you can contact us.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on the App Store page.
